🗂 Context

Company: Actinver — national investment bank with multiple business units generating continuous demand for audiovisual content: social media, CRM, DOOH, video, events, paid campaigns.

My role: Nobody asked me to do this. I saw the problem, figured out what the solution needed to be, built it, and got the organization to adopt it. I also documented and trained everyone on it.

Team: 4 designers, 1 design lead, 2 content coordinators, ~25 active requesters from Marketing and Growth. Eventually used across the entire corporation.
